Requires an individual with: knowledge of Pawnee tribal customs, language & affairs in addition to excellent coordinating skills for Tribal Liaison/Facilitator/General Assistant (who works with me on long-range issues in addition to the Main Assistant) & Assistant Liaison/ Interpreter as altered by the details in the new focus in the ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS Page for this cause who (the Liaison), as appropriate coordinates with the Non Selectees Special Advocate to carry these responsibilities as well as that of Tribal Facilitator to work with me in this regard, because the cause is very important personally.
One possible solution would be the establishing of a "big picture" type entity to set broad goals that would meet infrequently to enable those at the tribal level to implement these objectives such that progress can be realized. The details of such a structure would have to be worked out in great details to ensure that all issues are addressed. These meeting/gatherings will take place primarily at the VT retreat facility (as a fixed location) for he purpose of fostering the type of framework that would not be possible in a very large type arrangement.
With this in mind, all the meetings for this effort will be held in Vermont, for the purpose of establishing the type of framework as described will be set for fostering throughout this effort and the individual to be added in the position of Travel Coordinator who will ensure that all attendees are accommodated as well as work out the details of all needing to travel for these posted activities.
Benefits would be housing to enable the required work to be carried out and appropriate cost of living assistance (COLA) that would include travel assistance in some form to be provided.
